This is the Consortia Canada model license agreement from 2017.  This license was updated in 2019.

Consortia used to sign their own license and send it to the vendor, which is why there are no old versions of the license: each consortium had their own. In 2026 I consolidated them into a single document to streamline this process. There is a fully executed version and a redacted version below. -Jocelyn Badley
